Beinex is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to support the development of the talent pool by identifying and fostering individuals who possess the most appropriate skills and potential to contribute to the company's future achievements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Responsible for sourcing, attracting, conducting interviews, hiring, and facilitating the integration of new employees into the company
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job ads in appropriate job portals and social media
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Schedule the technical interviews for the selected candidates with Beinex interview panels
- Get connected with selected candidates
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conduct new-employee orientation programs and employee relation counselling
Key Skills Requirements
- Proven 2+ years of work experience as a recruiter in the IT domain
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
