We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in recruiting to support our company's growth. This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual fit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top talent and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, posting openings on job boards and Linkedin, screening and scheduling interviews, leading salary negotiations, and overseeing the onboarding of new hires.
Required Skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with employees, management and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
