Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Banking at Workassist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability. The role requires working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify talent needs and make effective hiring decisions.

Talent Acquisition - HR - AVP - Bank

• To provide best available talent to businesses, within budgets and stipulated timelines.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the business heads and other stakeholders on a regular basis
• To partner with manpower consultants, to map the market for talent, and ensuring prompt and quality service to business.
• To tap non-conventional sources of hiring maintaining the right sourcing mix.
• Ensuring quality of hire and adherence to internal compliances & process
• Pre-Engagement and robust Onboarding of the candidates.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Would also be involved in strategic projects depending upon requirement
• Promote company's reputation as best place to work.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
• Strong understanding of employer branding and its impact on attracting top talent
• Recruiting strategies and techniques
• Knowledge of relevant banking industry trends and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
