Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Banking at Workassist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be involved in employer branding and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and find suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Knowledge of employer branding techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the banking industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
