Job Description-

1. Responsible for screening to timely closure of required open positions.

2. Responsible for coordinating with Managers and business partners for perspective candidates.

3. Responsible for all positions, excellent in handling job portals. (Naukri.com, Linkedin)

4. Analytical skills, Strategic thinking, Technically Strong, Good knowledge of recruitment.

5. Adherence to the timelines pertaining to closure of positions

6. Maintain different recruitment sheets, maintain interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
