About the role:
As a Recruitment Sourcer, you play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent to join our organisation. Your primary focus is on proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, contributing to the success of our hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and determine selection criteria.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and facilitate efficient hiring processes.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Managing the end to end recruitment process from sourcing to extending offers.
- Implement strategies to engage with candidates and build long-term relationships.
- Generate reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (2 yrs+)
- Experience recruiting/sourcing IT/Technical positions such as Data Engineers & Scientists
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems & sourcing tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Nakuri preferred but not essential)
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel / Google Sheets
