Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractual)

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Location: Noida, India

Employment Type: 6-month Contract (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with hiring trends and recruitment practices within the industry to improve hiring effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record in recruiting for both IT and non-IT positions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT recruitment and understanding of various technology stacks is preferred.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
