Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay updated with hiring trends and recruitment practices within the industry to improve hiring effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record in recruiting for both IT and non-IT positions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT recruitment and understanding of various technology stacks is preferred.
- Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
