Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role at AppCrave Technovations. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be pivotal in full-life cycle recruiting, including hiring, employer branding, and conducting interviews. You will focus on sourcing and attracting top talent in IT and staff augmentation to meet the company's diverse staffing needs, thereby playing a critical role in our continuous growth and success in the IT market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-life cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent in IT staff augmentation.
  • Enhance employer branding to position AppCrave as the employer of choice for IT professionals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and deliver staffing solutions that align with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with both potential candidates and current employees to ensure a high retention and satisfaction rate.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting, with a specific focus on IT roles and staff augmentation.
  • Strong skills in employer branding and candidate attraction strategies.
  • Experience conducting in-depth interviews and evaluating candidates for a variety of IT roles.
  • Familiarity with recruiting strategies and techniques specific to the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in the IT industry is highly advantageous.
