Skill required:

1. End to end Recruitment Experience
2. Hand on Sourcing Skills. Innovate unique sourcing strategies, utilizing an optimal combination of job boards, social media channels and databases.
3. Should have worked on niche hiring
4. Experience in research, pipeline generation and data Management
5. Good Communication Skills
6. Should have experience of collaborating with hiring managers, work with the lead to develop recruitment strategy, screen candidates and effecting candidate management.
7. Ability to research activities like market research, talent mapping, lead generation.
8. Hands on experience with ATS
9. Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals

Preferred Skills:

1. Aeronautical Hiring Experience
