Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Mumbai. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, review resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience 23 years
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
