Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Required Experience: 3 to 5 years in IT & Non-IT Hiring

- Work with hiring managers and Human Resource partners to manage full-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions and sourcing and diversity strategies (internal/external, and agency and direct sourcing/networking methods.
- Source applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and approval.
- Negotiate candidate offers, research markets and peer organizations, and provide stakeholders with market data and activity information.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges etc.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Required Experience: 3 to 5 years in IT & Non-IT Hiring
- Hands on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral).
- Experience in candidate assessment and management.
- Ability to build & analyse reports, work on multiple skills/roles.
- Experience in mid-senior level hiring.
- Have strong candidate interviewing skills, understanding of recruitment process & systems.
- Should be able to work upon ATS & ATS related responsibilities.
- Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence.
