• ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Recruitment done through social media posting(Linked In,Twitter,Monster,Face Book)
-Attracting suitable candidates through , online employment forums, social media, etc.
-Develop and implement social media recruitment campaigns
-Monitor social media channels for industry trends, candidate feedback, and competitor activity to optimize recruitment strategies.
-Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns for specific roles and departments.
-Engage with potential candidates and maintain relationships through direct messaging, comments, and community engagement.
-Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
-Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, trends, and technologies to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment efforts.
