As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will work with a team of seasoned talent scouts to identify and onboard A players for our expanding team across our multiple offices and functions.
Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.
Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions.
Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.
Manage end to end recruitment process.
Manage the selection process to ensure the best candidate experience.
Create compelling offer proposals and manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless on-boarding.
Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiatives & programs.
Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research..

Education & Experience
Bachelors/Masters degree with 4 -7 years of experience in volume hiring and recruitment for technology business
Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral)
Experience in candidate assessment and management.
