Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Vadodara. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Effective communication skills and the ability to conduct interviews are key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in conducting interviews
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Professional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are beneficial
