Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates:
• Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through job boards, social media, and campus recruitment.
• Support the development of job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
• Candidate Screening:
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit for the role.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate interest and basic qualifications.
• Interview Coordination:
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Prepare interview materials and guides for interviewers.
• Candidate Experience:
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation is a plus.
