Location: Barrackpur

Job Description:

1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

2. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to actively source and recruit candidates.

3. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and refine requirements.

5. Candidate Assessment: Assess candidates through skills testing, behavioral interviewing, and reference checks to determine suitability for the position.

6. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

7. Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation in the market.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and best practices.

- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

- Attributes: Proactive and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
