Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiation.
4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
5. Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment metrics and progress.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a consultancy firm.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Prior experience with Senior level positions across various industries.
