We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner with 5-8 years of experience, preferably within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various functions. They will play a critical role in ensuring that Siemens Energy India Limited continues to attract and retain exceptional talent to drive our company's success during and after the demerger process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post detailed and engaging job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, industry conferences, and employee referrals.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating with other departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and preparations are complete.
- Sourcing and Networking:
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings at Siemens Energy.
- Passive Candidate Engagement: Identify and engage passive candidates who are not actively looking for new opportunities but may be a great fit for the company.
- Networking: Attend industry events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities to enhance Siemens Energy's visibility and attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Initial Screening: Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with Siemens Energy.
- Interviewing: Lead structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on predefined criteria and competencies aligned with Siemens Energy's values and requirements.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- Advisory Role: Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate expectations.
- Feedback and Updates: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Tools/Data and Reporting:
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activity, trends, and challenges to senior management at Siemens Energy.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different functions.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
