Zinlabs is a US-based early-stage startup building software copilot for business finance. Were crafting the multiple products around SaaS, finance, and AI for finance professionals and entrepreneurs - think of Intuit but 10x better products. Weve launched our first product for startups - Zinance.
Were a fast-growing revenue. Were doing early six digits just within three months of launch. Were expected to grow revenue to $2Mn in the first year. In the next 5 years, we aim to become a $500Mn revenue company through financial products.
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our founding team as a People, Human Operations and Talent Person at Zinance. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, attracting top talent, and building a high-performance team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy and operations to support the growth and success of startup.
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
- Design and implement employee development programs and systems, training initiatives, and performance management systems.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they align with our company's values and goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a startup.
