Role Level: Talent Partner (Accountancy & Finance)
Location: Pune (on-site 4 days per week)
Contract Length: October 2024 - February 2025
Join our global team and help us source top-tier talent for our esteemed client. We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our client's team in Pune, working onsite 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives within the accountancy & finance sector.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their specific needs.
- Leverage various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified accountancy & finance candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessments, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements of the industry.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other relevant tools to streamline the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accountancy & finance talent acquisition, with a successful track record of hiring and placing candidates into relevant roles.
- Deep understanding of the accountancy & finance landscape and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be located in Pune and able to start immediately.
- Remote work or delayed start dates will not be considered.
