Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager at Workassist. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and hiring. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection and onboarding process. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies and techniques
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Ability to effectively evaluate and assess candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet hiring targets
• Experience in the HR or talent acquisition field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
