Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also be responsible for building employer branding and conducting interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and employer branding
• Strong interviewing and recruiting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
• Experience in using recruitment software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
