Role Overview:

This role will manage and lead a talented diverse team of recruiters, partner with leadership to understand short- and long-term talent needs, manage key hiring initiatives, and engage stakeholders as a key business partner in talent management.

Experience:

Twelve or more years of relevant technical recruiting experience, with hands-on team experience leading a team.

  • A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving recruitment goals.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Ensure a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with business leaders to understand and anticipate talent needs, using data and research to allocate resources effectively and make timely recruitment decisions.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts across assigned business units, utilizing influence and collaboration to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of recruiting excellence by applying deep subject matter expertise, business acumen, and a focus on innovation and scalable solutions.
  • Act as a trusted partner in delivering talent acquisition solutions that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
