Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to reach potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, networking).
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Facilitate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to enhance the employer brand and improve recruitment processes.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
