Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a large team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving recruitment targets and enhancing their skills.
• Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices and employment market trends.

Innovative Hiring Strategies:

• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
• Leverage data analytics to assess recruitment processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Explore and utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to reach passive candidates.

Recruitment Process Optimization:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a streamlined and candidate-friendly experience.
• Implement best practices in candidate engagement, interview process, and onboarding.
• Monitor industry trends and update recruitment strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
