We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning
assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)
Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting
marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital
employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning,
etc
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or
social engagements.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews,
and offers.
Develop and manage university relationship with various campuses
Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and
manage the procurement and measurement process.
Manage the recruitment process with a passion to identify top notch talent.
Optimize the sourcing channels with a special focus on cost effective channels.
Guide, train, and mentor the recruitment team.
Measures and analyse key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting
effectiveness and educating our clients.
Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the
ability of assessment skills to help evaluate candidates and ensuring the highest bar.
