Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with company goals, collaborating with leadership to anticipate workforce needs and managing the recruitment budget
  • Build and promote a strong employer brand, creating engaging content for social media, and participating in events to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, maintaining open communication, gathering feedback, and continuously improving recruitment processes.
  • Source talent effectively across multiple channels, build a strong talent pipeline, and lead a high-performing recruitment team through training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct and oversee ethical and compliant recruitment and selection processes, collaborating with HR on employee retention and career development initiatives.

Skills & Competencies required

1. Has at least 10 years of experience in hiring / recruitment only and 5

years of experience in managing the talent acquisition team.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency at MS Office, & analyzing & creating data.

4. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
