# Shortlisting suitable candidates as per JD

# Coordinating with candidate and recruitment panel

# Issuing Offer to selected candidates.

# Pre & post-offer-release coordination including all documentation

# Coordinating Joining formalities

# Hiring the candidate through Success Factor.

# Onboarding in Success Factor (SF)

# Meticulously maintain all the relevant data & analytics related to Recruitment

Qualifications

# Graduation, preferably MBA/PG - HR

# Knowledge of different modules of Sucess Factors especially Recruitment & EC.

# Strong communication skill

# Excellent knowledge of Excel.

Experience

# 10-12 yrs. of experience preferably in Infrastructure industries.
