The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the global internal recruitment strategy. This role involves identifying talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process, and collaborating with various departments to fulfill internal hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also focus on maintaining a strong employer brand.
Education and Experience
- bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a global or regional recruitment role with an Executive Search firm. Experience of leading a team would be preferred.
- Proven track record of headhunting and closing internal and global positions for niche / senior level roles.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and processes.
- Solid social media presence especially on LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global internal recruitment strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to identify talent needs.
- Create and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles.
- Recruit / headhunt for critical positions towards successful closure.
- Oversee the end-to-end internal recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, keeping a close watch on all recruitment metrics.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to improve internal hiring processes and outcomes, report the metrics on a monthly basis.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to support internal hiring requirements.
- Promote the organization s employer brand to encourage applications and social media engagement.
