Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate required should have experience of have been worked in a start-
up or corporate organisation where he/she helped the promoters to identify correct talent to fit at right
position and also strategise in their retention.
Candidate should also have sound experience in evaluation of performance of
each employee/ stakeholder working with the organization which could be
either maintained through self-experience or software provided in the market.
Should make and follow all SOP as per department.
Meetings with each department/ candidate regularly for identifying and
improving skills as well as defining incentives and promotions.
Payroll formation and streamlining all HR formalities.
Candidate should work on profit & loss of organization to plan budget and
coordinate with the promoter/director for exponential growth of the company
