Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be crucial in building and maintaining a strong workforce. You will lead our recruitment strategy, drive the hiring process, and ensure we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and HR professionals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidates meet our technical standards.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding for both permanent and contract positions.
  • Implement and maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Stay current on industry trends, employment laws, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
  • Set, achieve, and exceed quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs for both permanent and contract roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure recruitment targets are met consistently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, focusing on technical recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices, particularly in technical and contract recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful technical recruitment strategies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving recruitment goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-based environment and consistently meet recruitment targets.
  • Understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to effectively assess technical skills.
