We are looking for an Experienced Manager Talent Acquisition for our India Business.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels including Diversity hiring (Female, Person with Disabilities, LGBTQA+ and survivors)
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize performance.
- Building strong network and database of sources for hiring for leadership, lateral and bulk hiring
- Recruiting right candidates within budget and timelines.
- Work closely with site managers or functional HOD to identify staffing needs and ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained.
- Lead manpower mobilization for any new site or new city launch anywhere in India.
- Working with management/HO-HR team for various reporting/requirements.
- Responsible to ensure all on-boarding and Induction in planned and executed.
- Work closely with site managers or functional HOD to identify staffing needs and ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained.
- Managing any HR business projects and partnering for process optimization.
What's required:
- Preferred MBA -Human Resource.
- Candidates from Facility Management and Retail industry
- Atleast 5 years of corporate hiring experience is mandatory
- Overall, 11-13 years of experience in hiring and must be well versed in end-to-end recruitment process and sourcing channels for various levels of hiring.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Should be willing to travel within city/ across India for site mobilization/ Field sourcing of staff
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR and business leaders.
- Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Working experience with MS Excel and ERP Tools.
- Excellent English Communication (fluency in Hindi), Interpersonal relationship skill, MS- Excel.
