Job Description

  • Handle a team of Recruiters.
  • Review job descriptions, understand client requirements, and execute
    search plans to identify potential candidates.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels like job portals, database,
    social media.
  • Assess applicants for relevant experience, knowledge, skills and
    competencies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including scheduling and
    coordination.
  • Build relationships with candidates and leverage trust to get referrals.
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment.
    Submit shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Communicate timely updates to candidates on application status.
  • Should have experience in any ATS tools.
  • Should be well versed with LinkedIn recruit.
  • Familiar with Social media Hiring
  • Engage regularly with candidates via calls, emails, video chats
