What You'll Do:

  • Talent Acquisition Leader
  1. Strategically identify, attract, and hire top talent for roles such as graphic designers, page managers, and meme creators.
  2. Build a strong employer brand to position Creativefuel as a top choice for creative professionals.

  • Training & Development
  1. Design and execute effective training programs to upskill employees and foster professional growth.
  2. Create engaging onboarding experiences to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

  • Team Management
  1. Lead and mentor the HR team, driving performance and innovation in talent acquisition and management processes.
  2. Build and implement strategies to enhance team collaboration and HR operational efficiency.

  • Employee Engagement
  1. Foster a positive and inclusive company culture where creativity thrives and employees feel valued.
  2. Organize fun and meaningful team-building activities, including leveraging memes as a unique part of our culture.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on talent acquisition and team management.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets or HRMS platforms (experience with Keka and Zoho is a plus).
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
