What You'll Do:
- Talent Acquisition Leader
- Strategically identify, attract, and hire top talent for roles such as graphic designers, page managers, and meme creators.
- Build a strong employer brand to position Creativefuel as a top choice for creative professionals.
- Design and execute effective training programs to upskill employees and foster professional growth.
- Create engaging onboarding experiences to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, driving performance and innovation in talent acquisition and management processes.
- Build and implement strategies to enhance team collaboration and HR operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture where creativity thrives and employees feel valued.
- Organize fun and meaningful team-building activities, including leveraging memes as a unique part of our culture.
What You Bring:
- A degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on talent acquisition and team management.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets or HRMS platforms (experience with Keka and Zoho is a plus).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
