- We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and find the best team members in fast-moving CLO Virtual Fashion.
- In this position, you will deliver a full life-cycle of recruitment. This means you will use your abilities to find, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers, also find and improve complements at each stage of recruitment.
- At the same time, as a part of the Global HR Team, you will play some roles in shaping our culture and employee-centric initiatives for global offices.

Responsibilities
- Defining selection criteria, high profiles, and job specifications for various positions, with a particular focus on roles within the tech and fashion industries, by actively engaging with internal stakeholders
- Curating comprehensive interview questionnaires and conducting thorough candidate assessments through both in-person and virtual interviews
- Innovating and executing strategic hiring methodologies aligned with evolving industry standards, staying abreast of technological advancements and trends
- Facilitating the formal job offer process, working in tandem with the team to establish competitive market-based compensation packages, and ensuring precise documentation of salary and benefit details
- Taking charge of the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while streamlining and enhancing existing procedures
- Collaborating with diverse teams, including the People & Culture team and the Business team to implement impactful employee-centric initiatives and programs in both aspects of the local region and global
- Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration, such as provident funds, insurance, and healthcare plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager, or similar background in a broad range of Human Resources roles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Slack
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants and the ability to screen and interview candidates
- A certain level of knowledge of labor or personnel administration practices in India
- Expertise in full cycle recruitment aspects, labor laws, job market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: ability to communicate one s intentions in words and documentation
- Willingness and ability to be involved in the hands-on execution of existing and new programs
- Fluent in English
Plus if you have
- Familiar with working in a fast-paced environment and solving ambiguous and complex problems
- Experience in global HRIS systems or HR tools (Ascentis, BambooHR, Justworks, Oracle, etc.)
- Proficiency in Korean or other languages
- Experience sourcing talents for tech roles (e.g. Product Manager, Frontend & Backend Developer, etc.)
- Experience working with global teams
