Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager - AVP at Workassist's location in Mumbai. As a Talent Acquisition Manager - AVP, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Your role will also involve employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies to attract top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Experience in the recruitment industry or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
