Position Title: Manager- Talent Acquisition

JOB PURPOSE:
As Manager in Talent Acquisition (TA) at Aurolab, the role involves overseeing and managing the recruitment and talent acquisition processes within the organization. Here are some key competencies that would be essential for success in this role
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development
- Ability to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Aurolab's business goals and workforce planning needs. This includes understanding the company's growth objectives and anticipating future talent requirements.
Sourcing and Candidate Outreach
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Being able to proactively reach out to potential candidates and build talent pipelines.
Talent Assessment and Selection
- Skill in assessing candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through various evaluation methods, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks. Ensuring a rigorous and fair selection process to identify the best candidates for Aurolab.
Employer Branding
- Understanding the importance of employer branding in attracting top talent. Developing strategies to promote Aurolab as an employer of choice, highlighting its unique culture, values, and opportunities for career growth.
Candidate Experience Management
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. This includes clear and timely communication, providing feedback, and addressing candidate concerns or questions
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and priorities. Building strong relationships and partnerships to ensure alignment and support for recruitment efforts.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Utilizing data and metrics to track recruitment performance, analyze trends, and make informed decisions to improve processes and outcomes. This may involve leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR analytics tools.
Compliance and Diversity Awareness
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool and foster an inclusive work environment.
Continuous Improvement
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development in the field of talent acquisition. Keeping abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously enhance Aurolab's recruitment capabilities..
Project Management
- Strong project management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment initiatives effectively within defined timelines and budgets. This includes managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
Position Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: MBA/MSW Human Resource Management
Experience: 7-12 Years experience in Manufacturing Industries
