Job Description

Assignments for position starting from Middle Level to Top level Management in diversified sector within BPOs, Telecom, Retail, Real Estate, Infrastructure & Construction, International NGO.

Finding suitable candidates, utilizing various recruitment methods & strategies to include: head hunting & direct sourcing, net sourcing, employee referrals, third party relationships & job posting.

Extensive industry analysis for searching candidates according to client requirements and preferences.

Head Hunting candidates from listed target companies according to Industry Search.

Responsible for generating database from various sources - internal HR Database, referrals, references and Multi-Search Engines.

Extensive preliminary assessment of the candidates by- Conducting telephonic interviews.

Gadding interest level of the candidate in the clients assignment by discussing the position, structure, organizational culture over the phone there by analyzing the organizational fit.
