nResponsibilities will include:
nDeveloping talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
nPartnering with Hiring Managers, Internship, Campus and Talent Acquisition team members as a Diversity & Inclusion subject matter expert.
nPerforming full life-cycle recruiting for engineering positions, as well as other functional areas as needed.
nDeveloping and executing sourcing strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers to meet overall recruiting goals and building diverse talent pipelines
nDeveloping process, policies, and procedural improvements
nBuilding a pipeline of top talent by sourcing and developing social networking contact groups and other creative channels.
nActing as a consultant and a subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers and other key stakeholders
nIdentifying root cause solutions to complex recruiting issues and ability to implement solutions that will mitigate immediate problems and future potential issues.
nCreating and managing performance metrics
nBuilding relationships with key stakeholders to proactively identify recruitment needs
nLeading employment branding initiatives that will help meet current and future hiring needs
nBuilding and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, external providers and suppliers
nExperience in leading a recruitment team
nSignificant experience of high volume corporate or agency recruiting
nBachelor's Degree
nRecruitment experience in the IT sector, full-cycle recruiting and employer branding
nStrong decision making and problem-solving skills
nAbility to collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop and implement recruiting strategy.
nExcellent communication (oral and written) skills
nStrong work ethic
nWell organized team player who is able to influence, lead and drive processes, projects and issue resolution.
nDemonstrated experience in core recruiting skills (job requirements gathering, planning, sourcing, selecting, phone screening).
nDemonstrated ability to effectively develop and execute sourcing strategies.
nProven track record of success in top quality hires at scale.
