System Soft Technologies is seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive recruiting efforts within our world-class Talent Acquisition Program. The Team Lead, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for individual delivery as well as leading a team focused on the recruitment of a diverse workforce, made up of high-caliber practitioners across multiple disciplines in technology. A successful candidate should be focused on delivering a top-notch candidate experience and maintaining the SSTech employer value proposition (EVP). Responsibilities:
Function as working supervisor, driving recruitment delivery as an individual and for a team of TA Specialists.
Own the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, job posting, resume review, screening, interviewing, hiring and advisory.
Drive end-to-end process for hiring stakeholders and expedite the process at all stages.
Discuss new positions with hiring stakeholders to identify prerequisites, preferred requirements, necessary functional/ technical skills, and general competencies for each position.
Develop rapport with hiring stakeholders, operate as a business partner and provide advisory on the end to end hiring process.
Provide timely updates, follow-up, and support to all hiring stakeholders.
Build influential candidate relationships during selection process and maintain contact with potential candidates for future openings.
Enhance the candidate experience at all phases of the relationship by proactively identifying factors that may adversely impact the candidate and partnering with business leaders to develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct candidate screening interviews to generate necessary details for hiring stakeholders.
Utilize progressive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations to provide access to top tier applicants.
Proactively source passive candidates by leveraging networking and innovative sourcing techniques.
Lead, develop, and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists through mentoring and learning experiences to successfully achieve all recruiting goals.
Participate in job fairs, career expos, diversity hiring events etc.; develop and maintain outreach, relationships and contacts.
Partner with colleges and universities to recruit new talent and develop campus programs, internships and other initiatives.
Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions.

Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to effectively track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication, ensure effective process management, and maintain proper compliance.
Keep candidates well informed; communicate next steps efficiently and notify them if they have not been selected for an offer.
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelors degree in business or a related course of study.
8 to 10 years of corporate recruiting experience driving the full recruitment lifecycle.
Experience leading or managing a team as player coach.
Exceptional ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through commitment to client service and delivery.
Strong ability to think strategically in a fast-paced, competitive environment with team members and hiring teams.
Experience using some of the following online tools and platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed and more.
Strong knowledge of ATS systems, such as JazzHR, preferred.
Good understanding of Boolean Operators and sourcing using Boolean strings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Must have excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
