Hiring TA Lead for an IT Services company based in HRS Layout. You will be responsible for leading a team of 12 to 16 members to meet the organizational and client's recruitment needs.
Ideal candidate will be someone with experience of working in an RPO where he/she would have worked on contract-to-hire positions.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Prepare a recruitment roadmap and drive full spectrum of recruitment and selection process.
- Plan and implement effective and sustainable hiring plans and strategies across verticals at all levels.
- Build a talent pipeline for job openings based on hiring needs including niche skills.
- Understand workforce planning and forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
- Manage client accounts and build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Focus on new client acquisitions and expand the client base.
- Manage and drive a highly skilled team of 10-12 resources to assist with talent development.
- Prepare and review quarterly recruitment budget and achieve defined TA targets on a monthly basis.
- Identify and partner with external consultants/vendors/providers to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Prepare accurate reports and measure the key metrics.
- Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities and employee referral programs.
- Analyze Organization requirements and identify various recruitment sources to achieve the targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 16 years experience in Talent Acquistion in IT services sector
- Experience in contract hiring/RPO will be preferred.
- Experience in hiring cyber security positions will be preferred
- Strong talent acquisition experience in a leadership role
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to build relationship & influence stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with the leadership team.
- Proficiency in posting jobs on social media and job boards.
- Experience in leading a team.
