This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Lead at Otlu. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, including employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. The Talent Acquisition Lead will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective and efficient recruiting strategies. They will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.

• Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies and implementation
• Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates qualifications and fit
• Ability to create and execute effective recruiting strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
