1) TRANSFORM+ by CUR8: Our enablement solution empowering your Revenue teams by up-skilling desired skill sets via a custom enablement program unique to you, designed by L&D experts as well as industry veterans, spread over 3-4 weeks. Programs comprise of On-Demand sessions, Live Masterclass from Industry experts, Discussion Forums, Role-Play based learnings and custom assessments tracking KPIs and metrics that matter the most to you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.
  1. Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  1. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
  • Enhance the employer brand by promoting the company's culture, values, and unique selling points to potential candidates.
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
  1. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and hiring coordinators, providing guidance and training.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from tier1 college in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (4-7) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Leadership hiring experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

Location - Gurgaon

Working- 6 Days(1 Day WFH in a week)

Immediate to 15 Days NP
