Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
Enhance the employer brand by promoting the company's culture, values, and unique selling points to potential candidates.
Continuously improve the candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and hiring coordinators, providing guidance and training.
Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from tier1 college in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (0-4) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Leadership hiring experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
