What will you own
- Identify, spot, and engage top 10%cile talent in Engineering/Technology roles
- Interview, assess, and build a top-quality talent pipeline
- Solve problem statements around recruiting challenges like discovering new talent pool, engaging passive Talent, velocity of candidates in the pipeline, skill v/s pay to benchmark, employer brand positioning
- Build structures around hiring assessment, and hiring funnels and make data-driven decisions that yield results
- Mentor and coach team junior team members
What are we looking for
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Recruiting for Start-ups or set-ups that demand high speed of execution and quality output
- Believes in recording, tracking, and taking data-driven actions e.g. yield ratio, quality of hire, throughput, etc
- Extremely time & effort-conscious focusing on output and outcome
