As the Talent Acquisition Lead Advisor, India, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that support the organization's growth and objectives in India.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting suitable candidates for diverse roles. You will also offer guidance to hiring managers to ensure a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Your Role:


Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring adherence to Talent Acquisition Standards.
Coordinate with Talent Advisor counterparts in the APAC region to share best practices and support talent acquisition initiatives in India.
Oversee the performance of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service provider and ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
Support global and regional TA strategy and projects implementation in and beyond India.
Utilize social media & Employer Branding focus in addition to increase talent attraction with Diversity & Inclusion
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes.

Who You Are:


Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
At least 8 years recruiting experience and a demonstrated understanding of business dynamics to effectively engage with stakeholders and candidates.
Possess a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
Have proven experience in proactive sourcing, with extensive use of professional networks, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
Demonstrate excellent business acumen and the ability to interact consultatively with individuals at all levels within a global matrixed organization.
Capability to engage and influence TA ecosystem and drive collaboration.
Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and creative thinking abilities.
Be driven and self-motivated with exceptional follow-up skills to recruit the best talent within tight timeframes.
Experience in using SuccessFactors and Phenom
Possess Insight and experiences in IT, Life Science and Healthcare industries is a plus
