- Strong understanding of the SAP BTP platform and its relevance in client solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a successful track record in building and managing high-performing recruitment teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Well versed with ATS Tools
- Should be able to create and present reports at month end.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technology roles, particularly in the SAP ecosystem
