Manage end-to-end recruitment life-cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiations, and offer generation to smooth onboarding of the best talent for the organization within set timelines
Screen and source the candidates through job portals
Regularly communicate and coordinate with the candidates throughout the process
Create and provide recruitment reports/dashboards to team managers and leaders
Provide offer letter and do reference and background checks of the candidates
Maintain good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants by documenting the process
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
What are we looking for :
0-6 months of relevant experience in similar domain
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate at various levels in the organization with strong stakeholder management
