Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (Domestic IT Recruitment)
Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Onsite Only)
Duration: 3 months Internship (with potential for full-time based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions to understand their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support in drafting offer letters and assisting in the onboarding process.
- Learn to leverage job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify talent.
- Work closely with senior recruiters to understand and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and job portals like Naukri and Indeed is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
