- Role - Talent Acquisition Intern + PPO
- Eligibility - Graduation Mandatory (12th Pass/Pursuing Graduation Not Eligible)
- Location - Permanent Work From Home
- Duration - 2 Months (Possibility To Conversion Into Full Time Job On The Basis Of Performance)
- Stipend & Salary - Stipend Rs.3000/-Fixed Per Month (For 2 Months) + Incentive On Every Joining + Internship Certificate + After 2 Months, Full Time Job Opportunity Based On Performance (Package 3-4 LPA) With Permanent WFH
Duties & Responsibilities :-
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting screening calls
- Assist with onboarding new employees and processing new hire paperwork
- Support HR team with various employee relations initiatives
- You have to dial 130-150 Calls/Day (Mandatory)
- 7.5 Hours Working/Day
- 6 Day Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
- Must Have Laptop & Good Internet Connection
- Must have Excellent English Communication Skill.
- Should have good knowledge about Recruitment process & HR domain.
- Proficient In MS Office
